The idea for Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's was born in 2003 to fill a void for high quality consigned children's brand name clothes. Also to provide affordable children's formal wear such as flower girl and bridesmaids dresses, christening gowns and outfits for boys and tuxedos.
Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's is headed up by Audrey McHugh and Angela Davis. The same people who introduced Children's Consignment to the area in the 1990's
